PRICES
Prices do not include the tourist tax of 1,33 EUR/adult/night. Tourist tax for children 12-18 years old is 0,6 EUR/night. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
Prices are valid for ordering until 30.6. 2024.
The TOP season starts on June 29 and ends on August 30 2024.
START AND TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION
In TOP season only a minimum stay of 7 nights is possible always at the interval of Saturday – Saturday.
Check in: Saturday from 4 pm
Check out: Saturday until 10 am
Please contact us if you need a different time arrangement!
Out of TOP season the minimum stay is 5 nights (click on start and end of stay). Check in and check out agreement.
Please contact us in case of demand for corporate stays.
DEPOSIT – INFO
The apartments are completely newly equipped, therefore we ask for a deposit of 500 EUR before the arrival of the stay, which will be deposited in the customer’s account and will be released after checking out from the apartment.
In the event of damage exceeding the amount of the deposit, the full amount of the damage will be recovered.
If the deposit is not blocked, the client will not be allowed to start his/her stay!
We also thank you for making yourselves at home in our apartments and that other guests will enjoy their stay in 100% condition.
CANCELLATION OF STAY – CONDITIONS
In Season:
Cancel 30 days before arrival: 100% of the payment will be refunded
Cancel 15 days before arrival: 50% of the payment will be refunded
Cancel 7 days before arrival: 25% of the payment will be refunded
Out of Season:
Cancel 15 days before arrival: 100% of the payment will be refunded
Cancel 7 days before arrival: 50% of the payment will be refunded
PETS
We would like to point out that pets are not allowed in the apartments.
SMOKING BAN
All apartments, including indoor areas of the buildings, are strictly non-smoking, thank you for respecting this rule.
